About Me
I'm a talent acquisition partner with 15+ years building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up — but if you look closely at what I actually do, the common thread isn't recruiting. It's finding what other people can't find, and building the process flow that keeps it working once it's found.
I've filled roles when the usual sourcing channels came up empty, built referral pipelines from scratch, and turned four disconnected contractor request types into one workflow that HR, finance, procurement, and compliance could all actually use. I've designed global recruiting SOPs across two countries, built vendor scorecards that replaced gut-feel renewal decisions with data, and cut requisition-to-offer cycle times by weeks — not because I set out to be a "process person," but because I noticed the gap and couldn't leave it alone.
That instinct — resourceful sourcing, systems thinking, and a genuine discomfort with inefficiency — is why I'm equally at home in recruiting, in operations, in vendor management, or in advising companies on how to build hiring processes that don't fall apart when it scales. Whether the title says "Talent Acquisition Partner" or "Process Architect," the work is the same: find the resourceful path, build the system, make it repeatable.
